MAI Youth The Muslim Alliance of Indiana (MAI) is committed to developing young Muslim leaders. MAI projects are generally run with the assistance of Muslim Hoosier youth. Our first convention was implemented through the leadership of over 70 youth volunteers and leaders. In 2009, a group of students at IUPUI formed the MAI Student Group at IUPUI.
