Muslim Alliance of Indiana (MAI) successfully held blood drives in partnership with the American Red Cross and grassroots communities ISGI, MCC, UEF and others in Northwest Indiana, Fort Wayne, Fishers and Greater Indianapolis. this blood drive came at a time when there is a shortage of blood at local hospitals. Over 100 lives were saved due to this effort. The blood drives were a part of MAI's Call for Social Justice. The blood drives were lead by MAI Call For Social Justice Committee Chairs, Dr Minhaj Khaja and Dr Ahmad Paarlberg.
