Muslim Hoosiers are not new to Indiana. In fact, some of America's oldest mosques were established in Indiana. Muslim Hoosiers, like other people of faith, have established over Islamic centers, Sunday schools, full-time private schools and a host of other civic organization that make our state more vibrant and dynamic. Muslim Hoosiers, like all Hoosiers, work to support their families while making our communities stronger and safer. Muslim Hoosier values of hardwork, strong family values and commitment to social justice make Indiana a better place.
